DEAN ARTISTS' CMIM PRIZE WINNERS

Soprano Sarah Dufresne is an Aria Division Laureate at the Concours Musical International de Montréal, winning the Pierre Péladeau and Raymonde Chopin Second Prize. Sarah also won the Observatoire québécois de l’art lyrique Prize and the Montreal students’ coup de coeur Prize.

Congratulations to Sarah on her impressive accomplishments and fabulous performances over the course of the competition!

Other Dean Artists recognized in the competition include soprano Lauren Margison, who was a semi-finalist in the Aria Division, and mezzo soprano Adanya Dunn, who was awarded the Bita Cattelan Philanthropic Engagement Award for her work with Red Light Arts & Culture.

Dean Artists Management also extends a congratulations to the team at CMIM for their organization of this incredible display of international talent. We so appreciated their hospitality and warm welcome as we attended the competition’s three rounds.

MATTHEW DALEN AND JACQUELINE WOODLEY WITH ORCHESTRE CLASSIQUE DE MONTRÉAL

Soprano Jacqueline Woodley and tenor Matthew Dalen join the Orchestre Classique de Montréal for Beethoven’s Choral Fantasy, Op. 80.

Jacques Lacombe conducts the soloists plus Les Filles de l’île and Les Chantres musiciens choruses.

This performance on May 27th is dedicated to the front-line and health care heroes of the COVID-19 pandemic.
